How can I be a good Samaritan?

Learning Intention: We are learning to develop our understanding of the good Samaritan parable.
Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I write ten ways that I am helpful to others, just like the good Samaritan.

Saint Patrick was one of the popular Saint in the world!

Learning Intention:We are learning to understand our patron saint Patrick.
Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I write 6 important pieces of information about Saint Patrick.

Mother Aubert cared for the children and the sick!

Learning Intention:We are learning to identify key information.
Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I write at least six facts about Suzanne Aubert.

Hmm, I think I might go to Japan to taste the cheese pizza topped with cotton candy!

Learning Intention: We are learning to identify key information. 
Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I use information from the article 'Video of the week- Cheese pizza topped with cotton candy? Yum!' to answer comprehension questions correctly.

It was super fun completing the Orienteering course!

Friday 31st of March was our last Orienteering lesson with coach Leon and Irene. Coach Leon said that we don’t need to clip our scoring paper in alphabetical order.  It was so easy, because I found the map easy to follow. It was a lot of fun because I was one of the quickest to complete the course.

I really enjoyed learning to read the map.

Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I record our fourth Orienteering lesson.
