1. Warm up- running, jogging and side steps.

2. Grab the sticky belt and tie it around your waist.

3. Pin the coloured tags on the belt.

4. Split into two teams.

5. Pick up a ball and start your game.

6. Return the equipment to the Coach's bag.

7. Say thank you to your coach.
